If your bankroll (30 buy-ins of the playing limit) is lost we'll need you to:

  1. get Playing History Audit starting two days prior to the beginning of the current reporting period (please check the instruction and the requirements in this article);
  2. take a screenshot of your preferred poker tracking software displaying the date period, your nickname, the number of tournaments and the total amount of EV chips;
  3. send us a request (using either a widget chat in the bottom right or our email support@winwinpoker.com) with the link and password to the Audit and the screenshot (attached or uploaded to image hosting services like gyazo.com).

If everything done right we'll credit your payment system account with the requested bankroll reload. It normally takes us a few hours.

Please pay attention: actual Audit files attached (rather than links thereto) will be ignored.
